JLL, a real estate consultancy company specializing in property services and investment management, has called on digital solutions provider JAGGAER to assist in a digital transformation, increasing bottom line revenue and cost savings for JLL’s clients across the world.
JAEGGER will replace multiple disparate platforms with its Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Spend Analytics solution.
Designed to manage complex sourcing scenarios for JLL, the solution will increase supply chain transparency and provide insights through advanced data analysis. JLL chose JAGGAER because of its ability to manage complex sourcing scenarios across the business and support a variety of global business needs.

EMEA was the first JLL region to adopt the system, run an event and host a reverse auction using the solution.
In addition to streamlining procurement processes and adding transparency with a single solution, JAGGAER provides JLL with the ability to rate suppliers in terms of contract performance across a range of criteria including quality, health, safety, and costs. Trend data compiled over time allows JLL to develop a scorecard providing accurate insights into the supply network, enabling JLL to make fact-based decisions and advise clients more effectively.
JAGGAER also provides technology, training and support to more than 400 of JLL’s sourcing professionals.
