Women in Electronics is a community of progressive women leaders in all stages of their careers dedicated to expanding women’s opportunities in the electronics industry. Their goals are to empower women through virtual event discussion groups, helping them develop their careers with their Life Balance Series and Professional and Personal Leadership Development Program. They teach women to advocate for themselves and others through professional career coaching in their Mentorship Program and to celebrate the accomplishments and advancement of women.
This inspiring group is hosting their 6th annual leadership conference, Growing Forward, at the Hyatt Mission Bay Resort & Spa in San Diego, California.
The conference is scheduled for September 12th – 14th and will host several industry leaders. Keynote speakers include Amy Keller, Vice President of Global Marketing at Abracon; Genein Letford, best-selling author; Allison Sabia, President & CEO of Galco Industrial Electronics; and Cassandra Rambo, leadership development coach, among others.
The event’s agenda includes workshops and discussions to guide and educate attendees to develop their leadership skills, foster mental wellness in the corporate environment, and emphasize the importance of “soft skills” and a personal brand.
