Beautiful Boulder, Colorado is the site for the American Solar Energy Society‘s (ASES) 50th Annual National Solar Conference—SOLAR 2021: Empowering a Sustainable Future.
SOLAR 2021 is scheduled for August 3-6, 2021, and will be hosted on the University of Colorado’s campus. The university stands as an example of sustainability. It has a STARS Gold rating for sustainability and houses the first zero-waste athletics program and started the first recycling program at a U.S. college.
The conference is focusing on “Empowering a Sustainable Future,” and will highlight renewable energy innovations and strategies to reduce carbon emissions quickly and dramatically.
You are invited to submit a proposal for a presentation at the event. Your proposal can be a 10 minute oral presentation, a 5 minute ~switch presentation, or a poster in one or two of the following conference tracks:
- Modeling and Scaling
- Solar Advances
- Sustainability
- Policy, Education, and Finance
- Other Renewable Energy
- Social / Environmental Justice and Renewable Energy
As part of the submission, you’ll need to provide a 100-word bio, a 100-200 word abstract, and a brief pitch. For more information, go here.
